Flag Reports
As of 2007 more than 40 expeditions have carried the WWQ individually numbered flags on land, air and sea across the globe. The results and details of each of these expeditions are published annually in the Flag Report. Documenting the who, what, where, when and why’s of each journey, the Flag Report includes bio’s on the explorers, background on the expeditions, maps, photo’s, information on the region and focus of exploration and personal stories of the explorers experiences and observations. The Flag Reports are educational and inspiring and are a valuable resource for educators, providing windows into a variety of scientific disciplines including geography, earth sciences, oceanography, as well as the humanities.
